I am incredibly honoured to be part of this trust, created in memory of our close friends Karen and Keady's son Reid, who tragically died by silent suicide. His loss was devastating, and watching Karen, Keady, and their daughters, Tyla and Eden, navigate the unimaginable grief has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to witness.
It opened my eyes to just how many young people are struggling with their mental health. My motivation is to stand alongside my friends in our mission to ensure no other family has to face what they have.
For the past four years, we have committed ourselves to fundraising with the hope of building something meaningful—something we believe will give young people real tools to face life’s challenges.
I want to thank the unwavering support of the people who have stood with us from the beginning and along the way. If we can help even one young person feel seen, heard, and less alone, then every bit of this has been worth it. I truly believe we can make a real difference.
